PRD38 GEN3 — 4K Dome
A camera with a mind of its own. Developed in Czechia.
4K dome at 25 frames per second. It recognises people and cars by itself and sends a notification to the app. It records to the card even without internet. Every update is digitally signed and installs itself — if it fails to start, the camera returns to the previous version. No port forwarding, recordings in the EU.

4K dome camera for places where you need detail across the whole scene
Halls, warehouses, car parks next to buildings, entrance areas and receptions. A resolution of 3840 × 2160 px with a 2.8 mm lens (approx. 97°) leaves room to zoom in on the recording. Aluminium, IK10, IP67, PoE or 12 V power.
Three reasons
- Software with a real address — Patronum OS developed in Czechia, the app and cloud are ours, documents for your supplier assessment.
- 4K recording where you want it — detection runs in the camera; storing video in the cloud is optional. Remote access and notifications use our cloud services in the EU.
- Updates that do not take the camera down — signed by us only, with automatic return to the previous version if a new one fails to start; for 5 years from sale.
For organisations with NIS2 obligations
A camera system in your supplier risk management. The NÚKIB warning of 3 September 2025 is not a blanket ban on cameras. Regulated entities must, however, take it into account in their risk management, including for technology suppliers (warning, guidance, Czech Cybersecurity Act 264/2025 Coll.). Public tenders already reflect this: for example, the tender conditions of FN Brno assess risk by the seat of the system manufacturer and the origin of components.
What you get from us: a statement of who develops the camera software, the apps and the cloud; where the data is stored (EU); how long and how we release updates; and our vulnerability reporting process. We provide documents for your supplier assessment; the resulting risk level is determined by your own analysis.

One system on your phone and your computer. We develop the Patronum Vision app ourselves for three platforms:
- iPhone and iPad — App Store
- Android — Google Play
- Windows — Microsoft Store
Open the live view from anywhere, even over mobile data, without a public IP address and without router configuration. Video delay depends on your connection. On first start you set your own password — the camera has no factory password.
To the card, or to the cloud
The camera does not need the cloud to work. Without a subscription you get live view, person and vehicle detection, notifications in the app and recording to the card in the camera. Add the EU cloud only if you want recordings stored off-site as well.

Security updates
Security updates for 5 years from sale. Only we release updates, and the camera accepts only updates signed by us. The camera has two systems: if a new version fails to start, it returns to the previous one by itself — which can save you a service call. Why this price
We are not the cheapest camera on the market — and we do not want to be. The price covers our software development, apps for three platforms, Czech support and security updates for 5 years from sale. Person and vehicle detection, notifications in the app and recording to the card add no monthly cost to your budget.

Please note
The GEN3 series does not work with recorders or cameras of the previous GEN2 generation. A GEN3 recorder is in preparation. The camera records to the card, optionally to the cloud, and passes its video to recorders or software of other brands via RTSP and ONVIF (ONVIF is enabled in the camera web interface).

Každá kamera má vlastní identitu
V každém kusu je jedinečný digitální certifikát. Spojení s cloudem je šifrované a ověřuje obě strany: cloud ví, že mluví s vaší kamerou, a kamera ví, že mluví s naším cloudem.
Aktualizace jen s naším podpisem
Kamera nainstaluje jen aktualizaci, kterou jsme podepsali. Pozměněný nebo podvržený soubor odmítne a nedovolí vrátit se ke starší verzi, kterou jsme kvůli bezpečnosti nahradili.
Vzdálený dohled bez přesměrování portů
Nepotřebujete veřejnou IP adresu a kameru nevystavujete příchozím spojením z internetu. Funguje to i přes mobilní data. Při přímém spojení je živé video šifrované mezi kamerou a telefonem.
Aktualizace s pojistkou
Kamera má dva systémy. Když se nová verze po aktualizaci nespustí, kamera se sama vrátí k předchozí — a vy si můžete ušetřit výjezd.
AI pracuje přímo na místě
Osoby a vozidla rozpoznává kamera sama. Rozpoznání, upozornění do aplikace a záznam na kartu jsou bez předplatného; ukládání do cloudu v EU je volitelná placená služba.

Vyberte místo a označte otvory
Dome patří pod strop, podhled nebo přesah střechy s výhledem na celou scénu. Přiložte montážní šablonu a označte otvory pro hmoždinky i průchod kabelu.
Přiveďte kabel
Nasaďte na síťový kabel díly Vodotěsného Smart konektoru podle přiloženého návodu, zapojte konektor do kamery a bajonet dotáhněte; od PoE switche přijde proud i data jedním kabelem. Bez PoE připojte zdroj 12 V DC.
Připevněte a nasměrujte
Základnu přišroubujte hmoždinkami a šrouby z balení, kameru natočte na scénu a kryt dotáhněte imbusovým klíčem. Objektiv 2,8 mm zabírá horizontálně cca 97°, počítejte s celým záběrem.
Přidejte kameru do aplikace Patronum Vision
Do 30 minut od zapnutí přidejte kameru v aplikaci Patronum Vision pro Android nebo Windows (iPhone od další verze) a při prvním spuštění si nastavte vlastní heslo. Patronum OS si pak stáhne a ověří podepsanou aktualizaci.
Nastavte AI, přísvit a záznam
Zvolte infračervený přísvit a režim záznamu. Vložte microSD do externího slotu, případně zapněte cloudové nahrávání na cloud.patronum.eu.
