PATRONUM warranty service

Information about warranty service and claims for PATRONUM products. Many issues can be resolved remotely with our technicians.

If you feel something isn't working correctly, it is best to communicate the matter with our staff first. Often it is not a fault but a configuration issue or another cause. Many problems can be solved with our technicians remotely without sending the product to service. For express claim handling (within 48 h after delivery from the carrier for EUR 16 incl. VAT), please add a note when submitting the case.
