Who is the insulated-façade mounting plate for?
The mounting plate solves one of the most common problems when installing cameras on modern buildings — how to securely fix a camera to an insulated façade without compromising thermal insulation. Use it anywhere the thickness of the insulation prevents standard direct-to-wall mounting.
Apartment buildings and commercial properties with thermal insulation
Façades with mineral wool or polystyrene insulation 50–200 mm thick are now standard. Standard brackets simply don't work on such substrates — the camera either doesn't sit straight, or the mounting creates a thermal bridge that the property owner or building manager won't accept. This plate eliminates both problems with a single component.
New builds and refurbishments
When retrofitting insulation to older buildings, installation gets more complex. The plate is designed for both new construction and refurbishments — the carrying screw secures it through the entire insulation layer to a load-bearing wall, while sealed transitions prevent moisture penetration.
